13. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel your order, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period normally starts from the day you receive the final item.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, goods must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days.
You are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted goods unless otherwise agreed or where the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
14. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day returns period for eligible online purchases.
Returned items should be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, accessories and tags where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned unless faulty. These may include wigs, hosiery, underwear, pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear.

15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any separate manufacturer guarantees provided directly by the product manufacturer may continue in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
18. Garden Furniture Guarantees
Selected garden furniture items may include a 2-year or 5-year structural guarantee against faults caused by defective materials or workmanship.
Not all garden furniture products are covered. The relevant product listing will confirm whether a guarantee applies.
Guarantees do not cover:

- Misuse or neglect
- Commercial use
- Weather damage
- Cosmetic wear or fading
- Vandalism
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of maintenance or care
- Cushions, fabric, upholstery or moving mechanisms unless specifically stated
Guarantees apply to private domestic use only.
Proof of purchase is required for all guarantee claims.
