I source new products, drive the company forward and make company-wide decisions.

Seeing the end result when stock arrives is one of the best parts of my job. The work on a new range can start up to a year in advance, so it’s great to see everything finally come together.

Supporting my son in his Sunday football league, family holidays and spicy food.

I manage the day-to-day running of the business, including general logistics, liaising with team leaders and managing company contracts.

I enjoy being part of a motivated team and resolving problems that may be holding staff back. I love seeing members of our team succeed and exceed their potential.

My wife and two fantastic kids. I also enjoy karate, badminton, movies, Formula 1, playing keyboard and Jean-Michel Jarre music.

My team and I are the first point of contact for customers. I’m responsible for all aspects of customer service, as well as creating workflow for the warehouse.

Resolving customer queries and keeping orders moving through to the warehouse. Every day is different and challenges me in new ways.

Spending time with my kids, having fun at the beach in the sun and going to music events.

Overseeing our warehouse team, goods in, goods out and everything in between.

Achieving goals set by myself and Adrian, working with a good, diverse warehouse team and enjoying the friendly banter that goes with it.

My dogs, my bearded dragon and my kids most days! But mostly just beer and football — a man of simple pleasures.

I work with Claire to ensure we provide a great service to all our customers. I answer calls, reply to emails, process orders and help keep the department running smoothly.

Definitely learning new things. Every day I learn something new about our massive product range and use that knowledge to help customers in a friendly way.

The office environment — spacious, lots of lovely natural light and the ladies I work with are lovely.

I replenish stock from bulk locations in the warehouse to pickable locations and help with goods in.

I enjoy working with this good crowd of people. The banter is great and I look forward to coming to work each day.

I’m responsible for making sure Royal Mail orders are picked and packed. I also help out in other areas of the warehouse when needed.

Achieving my targets each day and working with a great team.

Lazy days in my hot tub with a beverage or two, cutting the grass when the sun is shining, and looking after my dog Muttley and guinea pigs Stars and Stripes.
