If you have a mainland UK address, we’ve got a great range of delivery options available for you to choose from. You can have your parcel delivered straight to your home for as little as £5.99 using our standard delivery service, or completely FREE if you spend over £50!
All of our parcels are now sent using a tracked service, so you can rest easy knowing your items are traceable and in safe hands until they reach your door.
We’ve outlined more details about our UK delivery services in the table below, but first, please read a few important points about orders and delivery:
- Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK, but occasionally location, product size, or carrier availability can restrict our service. Unfortunately, this means certain products may not be deliverable to remote areas of the UK, the Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and the Channel Islands.
- Northern Ireland Deliveries: Due to new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements effective from 13th December, we are no longer able to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- There are certain postcode areas, particularly in remote and rural regions, where we cannot guarantee our usual delivery times. For these areas, please allow an extra day for delivery.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will leave our warehouse on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday delivery option, as Next Day delivery will arrive on Monday.
- We can only deliver to the registered PayPal or Credit Card address. Please ensure your address is up to date before placing your order.
- We cannot make a claim for loss until 15 days after your order has been shipped.
