UK Delivery

If you have a mainland UK address, we’ve got a great range of delivery options available for you to choose from. You can have your parcel delivered straight to your home for as little as £5.99 using our standard delivery service.

All of our parcels are now sent using a tracked service. This means you can rest easy knowing your favourite items are traceable and in safe hands until they reach your door.

We’ve outlined more details about our UK delivery services in the table below. However, please read a few important points about orders and delivery:

• All delivery options: Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day (Monday–Friday). All deliveries are sent via tracked service. A signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be taken to your local depot for collection.
  Delivery excludes the following postcodes: AB, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA, PH, ZE, IM, TR21–TR25, PO30–PO41, DD8–DD11, GY, JE, and some business addresses.

• Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK, but location or carrier availability may occasionally restrict our service. If we’re unable to fulfil delivery to your address—particularly in outlying or offshore regions—we may need to cancel and refund your order.

• Some remote and rural postcode areas may not be eligible for our usual delivery timescales. In these cases, please allow an additional day for delivery.

• We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

• We can only deliver to the registered billing address of the payment card used. Please double-check your address details before placing an order.

• No claim for loss can be made until 15 days after your order has been shipped.

UK Islands – Important Information:
Due to delivery restrictions and significantly higher shipping costs, we are unable to offer direct-to-door delivery to UK Islands including (but not limited to) the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.

As an alternative, we are happy to send your order to the nearest mainland ferry terminal or port for customer collection. This is available as a standard delivery option—just ensure the correct delivery address and contact details are provided at checkout.

Effective from 13th December 2024, new General Product Safety Regulation (GPRS) requirements mean we are no longer able to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland. These regulations impact the movement of certain goods from the UK to the EU and Northern Ireland, creating additional compliance challenges.
