Local Pickup
You can collect your order from our XS-Stock Warehouse at:
3 Brewster Place
Riverside Business Park
Irvine
KA11 5DD
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is ready, we will email you to confirm it is ready for collection.
Please note: orders placed after 2:00pm may be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
If you have a mainland UK address, we have a range of delivery options available. You can have your parcel delivered straight to your home from £7.99 using our standard delivery service.
All parcels are sent using a tracked service, so your items are traceable from dispatch until they reach your door.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day, Monday to Friday.
- All deliveries are sent via a tracked service.
- A signature may be required on delivery.
- If no one is available to sign, your parcel may be taken to your local depot for collection.
- We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
- Some remote and rural postcode areas may not be eligible for our usual delivery timescales. Please allow an additional day for delivery where applicable.
- No claim for loss can be made until 15 days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery Exclusions
Delivery excludes the following postcodes:
Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK, but location or carrier availability may occasionally restrict our service. If we are unable to fulfil delivery to your address, particularly in outlying or offshore regions, we may need to cancel and refund your order.
We can only deliver to the registered billing address of the payment card used. Please double-check your address details before placing your order.
UK Islands – Important Information
Due to delivery restrictions and significantly higher shipping costs, we are unable to offer direct-to-door delivery to UK Islands including, but not limited to, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and the Isles of Scilly.
As an alternative, we are happy to send your order to the nearest mainland ferry terminal or port for customer collection. This is available as a standard delivery option. Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact details are provided at checkout.
Important Information Regarding EU and Northern Ireland Deliveries
Effective from 13th December 2024, new General Product Safety Regulation requirements mean we are no longer able to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland.
These regulations impact the movement of certain goods from the UK to the EU and Northern Ireland, creating additional compliance challenges.
